Whistleblower system

Our company has long maintained standards of behaviour and values in order to create an environment for its employees and business partners that is characterised by respect, responsibility, fairness and honesty.

By setting up a whistleblower system, we enable our business partners, third parties and employees to report any violations of human rights or other criminal offences such as fraud, money laundering, corruption and breaches of product safety, the environment or data protection.

In order to support you in reporting any violations and to implement the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), which came into force on 2 July 2023, we have set up an internal whistleblower system that enables you to report and guarantees your anonymity in the best possible way - also through the protection of the lawyer's duty of confidentiality.

Before reporting an offence, please consider whether the matter could be clarified in a personal meeting. Please also note that there must at least be reasonable grounds to suspect misconduct or a breach of values.

Caspers Mock Anwälte mbB has a duty of confidentiality towards the Volkmann Group in favour of all reporting persons. The reporting person decides on the content and disclosure of his/her information. Caspers Mock Anwälte mbB undertakes to delete all data and information no later than six months after completion.
