But that's not all: thanks to patented annular gap suction, you get maximum cleaning results without leaving any residue. Loose rubber particles are sucked up before the high-pressure water jets are even used. Unlike conventional cleaning systems, the water jet hits the floor directly. There is no waterlogging and cleaning can be carried out thoroughly and in a more resource-efficient manner. The cleaned surface is almost dry and can be put back into operation or further processed immediately. The height of the cleaning nozzles above the ground can be adjusted electrically by the driver during operation, allowing him to react optimally to uneven surfaces, such as landing lights. He has full access and control at all times via the traffic-lines controller system.

Thanks to its modular design, your high-pressure water unit adapts to your needs. With various additional modules, your high-pressure water unit can be individually expanded to meet your required performance and capacity. You can extend the performance range of your vehicle by adding, for example, the traffic-lines water loop module, an additional water tank, a diesel tank, or additional cleaning elements such as disc or roller brushes.

Retrofitting is also possible at any time, so that your high-pressure water system can always stay up-to-date with the latest developments and be adapted to individual operating conditions.

Thanks to our optional traffic-lines water loop water treatment system, you can save yourself the time-consuming task of filling water tanks and extend the operating time of a cleaning vehicle to a full day shift of 6.5 hours. Clean up to 5,000 square metres per hour with just one unit thanks to the continuous operation of our innovative ultra-high pressure water system. There is also no need to regularly drain dirty water, as the water cycle ensures almost complete water recirculation. The optional traffic-lines water loop water treatment system increases the performance of your vehicle many times over, and the modular use of additional water tanks allows you to extend the working time of your traffic-lines duo twister even further. You work more efficiently and protect the environment at the same time, as our traffic-lines duo twister uses significantly less fresh water. This is fed into the suction hood via a high-pressure pump and loosens the dirt. During the cleaning process, the dirty water is sucked up again and collected in the dirty water tank. A filter system then cleans the water so thoroughly that it is ready for further use via the fresh water tank.
