Whistleblower System
Our company has long maintained standards of conduct and values to create an environment for its employees and business partners that is characterized by respect, responsibility, fairness, and honesty.
By establishing a whistleblower system, we enable our business partners, third parties, and employees to report potential violations of human rights or other criminal offenses such as fraud, money laundering, corruption, as well as shortcomings in product safety, environment, or data protection.
To support you in reporting potential violations and to implement the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), which came into force on July 2, 2023, we have set up an internal whistleblower system that facilitates reporting and ensures your anonymity to the best possible extent – also through the protection of attorney-client confidentiality.
Before reporting a violation, please consider whether the matter could be resolved in a personal conversation. Also ensure that there must be at least reasonable grounds for the misconduct or violation of values.

Caspers Mock Anwälte mbB has a duty of confidentiality towards the Volkmann Group for the benefit of all reporting persons. The reporting person decides independently on the content and disclosure of their information. Caspers Mock Anwälte mbB undertakes to delete all data and information no later than six months after completion.
